Project Overview

Dizi Solutions delivered TECH2U as a conversion-focused service website backed by a complete service operations system for doorstep technical repairs. The platform enables customers to explore services, schedule repair visits by date and slot, pay booking fees online, track service progress, complete final service payments, and download invoices from their account area. On the operational side, it includes a dedicated admin dashboard for bookings, technician assignments, revenue reporting, content control, and service configuration, along with a technician workspace for managing assigned and active jobs.

The business needed more than a typical service website. It required a dependable digital workflow that could turn website visitors into confirmed bookings, reduce slot conflicts, support technician allocation, collect staged payments, and maintain a smooth customer journey from first booking through final invoice.
