VSP Rebar Industry Operations Platform is a custom-built workflow system created by Dizi Solutions for a steel-sector business that needed tighter control over quotation, approval, and dispatch processes. The platform centralizes customer records, master data, quotation preparation, manager approvals, grouped vehicle movement, PDF document generation, and reporting into one structured operational environment. It was designed to help teams move faster, reduce friction between departments, and give management a clearer view of status, movement, and execution across the business.
The business was managing interconnected quotation and dispatch activity through fragmented manual processes, which created delays, weaker traceability, and reduced visibility across teams.
